Pro WS W890E-SAGE SE: Advanced Connectivity and Robust Power
The Pro WS W890E-SAGE SE model offers extensive high-speed connectivity options, including seven PCIe 5.0 x16 slots, dual 10Gb LAN ports, four M.2 slots, an MCIO connector, two rear USB4 40Gbps Type-C ports, and SlimSAS NVMe support. This configuration enables high-speed connections for multiple GPUs, storage, and networking.
It features a powerful 16+2+2+1+2 power stage design with support for dual power configurations. The thermal design includes a heatsink with an active fan on the left side of the VRM, an AngleBoost fan kit for both memory and VRM cooling on the right, and heatsinks with thermal pads for the M.2 slots, ensuring stable operation under heavy loads.
The motherboard supports CPU and DRAM overclocking, enhanced by robust power delivery and advanced cooling modules for improved stability. It also supports XMP, achieving speeds of up to 8800MT/s and 256GB modules, with NitroPath DRAM technology to boost memory performance, stability, and compatibility.
