Rentio Initiates Free Home Appliance Lending Trial at Accommodation Facilities
Rentio, a home appliance subscription and rental service operated by Rentio Co., Ltd., has announced a new demonstration experiment. Starting from March 3, 2026, the company will offer a free lending service for Panasonic’s “Lamdash Palm-In” electric shaver at the “Minn STATION Ai Nagoya” hotel in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture. This initiative is a collaboration with Panasonic Corporation, SQUEEZE Inc., and A9tion Inc.
Details of the Accommodation Trial
The trial will run from Tuesday, March 3, 2026, to Monday, March 23, 2026, at Minn STATION Ai Nagoya. The primary objective is to enhance purchasing intent and engagement by providing guests with the opportunity to thoroughly test the Lamdash Palm-In ES-PV70 electric shaver, available for free at the front desk. This allows customers to experience the product in an environment similar to their daily lives during their stay.
In conjunction with this trial, Rentio’s feedback collection service, Rentio SURVEY, has been updated to include English and Chinese language support. This enhancement enables the collection and analysis of feedback not only from domestic guests but also from international visitors, which will be utilized for sales promotion and product development. Future plans include expanding operational methods and target areas based on the feedback received from customers.
