Introducing the Venu X1 French Gray
The new “French Gray” color is designed to be versatile, fitting various scenes and fashion styles. It features soft color tones with subtle Soft Gold accents, enhancing its premium feel and ensuring it complements diverse fashion choices.
Key Features of the Venu X1
Largest AMOLED Display in Garmin Smartwatches, Thinnest and Lightest Body

The Venu X1 boasts a bright, outdoor-visible 2-inch square AMOLED display, the largest in Garmin’s smartwatch lineup. It measures a mere 7.9mm thin and weighs 40g (including the band). The body’s back case is made of titanium, and the lens uses scratch-resistant sapphire crystal for durability and a sophisticated look. The soft nylon band ensures comfortable wear during activities.
First in Series with Built-in Map Functionality
It includes detailed Japanese topographic maps and over 43,000 golf courses worldwide. The large, vibrant display allows for precise GPS positioning, navigation, and comprehensive golf features.
Supports Over 100 Sports Activities
The Venu X1 supports more than 100 activities, including running, golf, strength training, cycling, and hiking. The golf mode offers functions comparable to Garmin’s top-tier “Approach” series, providing clear golf course views and features to improve scores.
Advanced Training Features
Features like “Garmin Coach” offer personalized training plans, while “Training Status” and “Recovery Time” help assess training load and recovery, supporting efficient performance enhancement and condition management. For strength training, it displays time, calories burned, and graphically illustrates worked muscle groups with video guides for various workout menus.
Built-in LED Flashlight
Provides diverse light variations, including adjustable intensity, red light, SOS signal patterns, and positioning lights, enhancing safety during activities and assisting in daily life.
Speaker & Microphone
Enables “Voice Command” for activating functions and sports modes offline. It also supports “Voice Assistant” to control paired smartphones and “Voice Memo” for quick notes.
Garmin’s Signature Long Battery Life
Offers approximately 8 days in smartwatch mode and about 16 hours in GPS mode.
Comprehensive Health Features
Includes heart rate, respiration rate, stress level, blood oxygen tracking, Body Battery (a unique metric for energy levels), and detailed sleep monitoring. Sleep functions comprise a “Sleep Score” with numerical and qualitative evaluations, “Sleep Coach” for optimal sleep duration suggestions, “Nap Detection,” and “HRV Status” to visualize autonomic nervous system activity, all contributing to personalized condition management.
Blood oxygen tracking measurements are intended for general fitness and wellness purposes and not for medical use.
Keyboard and Calculator Functions
The square screen allows for a full keyboard for easy message input via touch, along with a calculator for quick computations.
Requires connection to an Android smartphone for text messages or use of the Garmin Messenger app.
Safety Features for Emergencies
Equipped with an accident detection function that automatically detects incidents during outdoor activities or loss of consciousness and sends the current location to pre-registered emergency contacts.
