iiyama PC Unveils New Thin 16-inch AI Laptops with Intel® Core™ Ultra Series 3 Processors
Unitcom Co., Ltd., which operates PC Kobo and Goodwill, announced the launch of new thin 16-inch AI laptops under its “iiyama PC” brand. These new models, available from January 27, 2026, at 17:00 JST, integrate the latest Intel® Core™ Ultra Series 3 Processors, designed to deliver advanced performance and AI functionalities.
Intel® Core™ Ultra Series 3 Processors
The Intel® Core™ Ultra Series 3 Processors utilize the cutting-edge Intel® 18A process and feature a Performance-Hybrid Architecture. This architecture includes high-performance P-cores and low-power LP E-cores as standard, with high-efficiency E-cores added in certain configurations to provide flexible performance. The entire series is noted for its power efficiency, ensuring smooth operation in multitasking environments.
These processors also incorporate a “5th Gen NPU,” capable of delivering up to 50 TOPS class processing performance for fast and efficient local AI tasks. For graphics, an integrated GPU with Xe3 Architecture is included, which features enhanced XVE (Xe Vector Engine) for shader processing and parallel computing, along with ray tracing support and optimized memory access, resulting in improved performance compared to previous generations.
Diverse AI Features in Copilot+ PC
These new laptops are compatible with Microsoft’s Copilot+ PC platform. Copilot+ PC offers a range of AI features designed to enhance user experience, including:

The 16-inch LCD monitor featured in these laptops offers a WUXGA resolution (1920×1200 dots) with a 16:10 aspect ratio. This provides a larger vertical display area compared to Full HD, enhancing productivity. Furthermore, the monitor supports a 165Hz refresh rate, offering significantly smoother and clearer visuals than standard 60Hz displays. This is particularly beneficial for tasks requiring precise movement, such as video consumption and editing, where reduced blur contributes to high visibility and a comfortable working environment. The monitor also supports 180-degree opening, allowing it to lay completely flat, which is convenient for screen sharing during meetings or business discussions.
