  • Content: Customers who purchase the eligible product from a participating store during the campaign period and are not satisfied with the fit may receive a full refund within 30 days of purchase (conditions apply).

  • Eligible Stores:

  • Return Deadline: Application must be submitted within 30 days from the product shipment date.

  • Payment Method: Credit card payment only.

  • Return and Refund Procedure:

    1. Submit a return request via the “Inquiry” section in the order history (My Page) of the purchase store within 30 days of shipment.
    2. Return the purchased product to the NUARL official store. (Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.)
    3. Upon receipt and confirmation of the returned product, the refund process will be initiated, and notification will be sent via email upon completion.
  • Refund Processing: Order cancellation will be processed within 3 business days after confirming the returned product.

  • Returned products must be free from damage and include all original accompanying items, including the individual packaging box.
