This feature calculates “recovery” from sleep and “consumption” from exercise and stress, displaying the body’s energy reserves as a score from 0 to 100.

Often referred to as the “root of all illnesses,” coldness is deeply linked to blood flow, autonomic nerves, and immunity. “Re・De Ring” displays real-time fingertip temperature and notifies your current state with its unique classification (High/Normal/Low).
- Detailed Fingertip Temperature: Graphs the daily “coldness duration” and provides comparative comments from the previous day, helping users identify when to warm up. Low fingertip temperature suggests reduced blood flow, prompting early care for swelling or fatigue.
AI Characters for Sleep mentor
Utilizing Apple Intelligence on iOS, “Sleep mentor” advice on sleep and condition can be rephrased in the tone of a preferred character (Note 1).
