Polar Launches “POLAR Loop” Health Tracking Band Following Successful Makuake Campaign

Limited edition wristbands in pink and teal will be released exclusively on the official Polar online store, with pre-orders starting today. These limited colors will be priced at 3,850 yen (tax included) and include S/M and M/L wristband sizes, similar to the standard colors.

Overwhelming Success on Makuake

In late 2025, Polar conducted its first crowdfunding campaign for the POLAR Loop on Makuake. The campaign received significant support, accumulating over 9 million yen in total purchases and achieving 1801% of its initial funding goal, indicating a strong positive reception. The POLAR Loop is now set for its much-anticipated general release.

To celebrate the launch, the first 100 customers who purchase a POLAR Loop from the official Polar online store will receive an original Polar thermo tumbler as a gift. The campaign runs from January 28 to February 28, or while supplies last.

The POLAR Loop’s screenless design, devoid of displays, notifications, or alerts, aims to free users from visual and auditory distractions, allowing them to distance themselves from information overload. It automatically records activity, sleep, and body condition in the background, offering a natural and stress-free user experience that integrates seamlessly into daily life. The device requires no subscription and can be used immediately after purchase.
