SwitchBot presented “embodied AI” products where AI extends beyond the digital realm to function physically in the real world. This vision was brought to life with the humanoid robot “onero H1” and the tennis robot “Acemate,” signaling the dawn of a new everyday experience.

Humanoid Robot “onero H1”

The onero H1 aims to liberate individuals from household chores themselves, moving beyond single-task robots (like bots, curtains, and locks) and multi-task models (such as S10 and K20+ Pro). This advanced humanoid AI robot autonomously performs non-routine tasks that previously required human intervention, such as tidying clothes, clearing dishes, and opening doors.

Equipped with 22 Degrees of Freedom (22DoF) and “Omni Sense VLA,” which integrates visual, auditory, depth, and tactile processing, onero H1 comprehensively understands the position, shape, orientation, and contact state of objects. This enables delicate judgments and movements similar to those of a human hand.

Furthermore, onero H1 integrates with the SwitchBot ecosystem, efficiently managing household tasks by collaborating with task-specific robots. For example, it can tidy a table while a robot vacuum cleans the floor. By learning from its environment, onero H1’s actions become more refined daily, becoming a partner that brings flexibility and freedom to daily life.

This humanoid robot is planned to be made available as an accessible household AI robot.

Tennis Robot “Acemate”

Acemate is a tennis robot featuring high-performance AI that accurately tracks balls, enabling realistic rallies as if playing against a human opponent. It caters to a wide range of users, from beginners needing a practice partner to advanced players seeking a training partner.

As a robotics solution specialized in sports, Acemate integrates AI-driven perception, judgment, and motion control into the athletic experience, presenting a new form of training where humans and AI grow together.

Home × AI: KATA Friends (Partner Robot)

“KATA Friends” are partner robots designed to offer warmth alongside intelligence. Equipped with a unique on-device LLM (Large Language Model), they understand language and emotions, growing with families over time.

Instead of repetitive, pre-programmed responses, KATA Friends remember daily conversations and interactions, gradually developing unique behaviors tailored to each household.

Operating with an on-device LLM, KATA Friends maintain interaction even in environments without internet access, such as outdoors or during travel. They can wake users up in the morning, greet them at the entrance upon return, or even write diaries in their own words. These are next-generation partners that foster emotional connection and shared feelings.

Daily Assistant × AI: AI MindClip (AI Voice Recorder)

AI MindClip is a wearable AI device, weighing only 18g and offering 18 hours of battery life, making it an “Always-on” AI assistant for continuous companionship throughout the day. It handles recording, organizing, task creation, and AI interaction. It transforms meetings, daily conversations, and even casual thoughts into a searchable, personalized “database,” structuring information into clear to-dos and summaries.

The “Ask AI” function can provide gift ideas based on past records when asked, “What’s a good birthday gift for my family?” or prioritize important events when asked, “What are my tasks for this weekend?” AI MindClip goes beyond mere recording, organizing and expanding thoughts, serving as a “second intelligence” to augment human cognition.

Life × AI: Smart Daily Station

This device, featuring a 7.5-inch e-paper display, prioritizes how information is presented to streamline daily routines. It displays detailed weather information such as temperature, wind direction, and air quality, along with indoor temperature and humidity from its built-in sensors. It also integrates with Google, iCloud, Outlook, and Yahoo calendars to consolidate schedules and essential information onto a single screen.

Additionally, AI integrates weather data and schedules to support daily decision-making. It includes everyday functions like time display and alarms. With two scene buttons, it can control home appliances and SwitchBot devices (with a separately sold hub) for actions like preparing to leave or returning home. This “life assistant” eliminates the need to interpret data, guiding users from morning preparations to daily decisions without hesitation.

Desk × AI: OBBOTO

OBBOTO is a spherical pixel light equipped with AI and motion sensors. Its LED-rendered pixel art displays expressions like smiles and winks, creating a charming and approachable digital presence that brings warmth to living spaces.

Beyond displaying time and weather, it supports daily rhythms with a “Sunrise Alarm” that mimics sunlight and a “Sleep Mode” that promotes sleep with white noise. OBBOTO serves as a luminous companion, adding color and rhythm to potentially monotonous desk work.

Future Outlook

Through its exhibits at CES 2026, SwitchBot has expanded its domain from an “IoT device manufacturer” to an “AI Robotics company.” The products announced are planned for sequential release in Japan. SwitchBot aims to accelerate development, combining on-device AI and robotics technology to deliver optimized solutions for Japanese living environments and lifestyles.
