Xiaomi Store Expands into Kansai Region with Four New Locations

Xiaomi Japan is set to open its first Xiaomi Stores in the Kansai region, with four new locations scheduled to open between March and April 2026. This expansion follows the successful establishment of five stores in the Tokyo metropolitan area, which have been well-received as product experience centers.

The first Kansai store, “Xiaomi Store Aeon Mall Tsurumi Ryokuchi,” will open on March 7, 2026, in Osaka Prefecture. Following this, “Xiaomi Store Aeon Mall Itami” (Hyogo Prefecture), “Xiaomi Store Aeon Mall Sakai Teppocho” (Osaka Prefecture), and “Xiaomi Store LaLaport Koshien” (Hyogo Prefecture) will open their doors. Notably, “Xiaomi Store LaLaport Koshien” marks Xiaomi’s first venture into a commercial facility operated by Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd.

The new stores, like their existing counterparts, are designed to serve as immersive experience hubs where customers can interact with and purchase over 200 Xiaomi products. Xiaomi Japan aims to broaden access to its innovative products across the Kansai area, aligning with its mission of providing “Smart life for everyone” through cutting-edge technology at accessible prices.
