Pompompurin Digital Figures Now Available on Smartphones with HoloModels App
Gugenka Inc., led by CEO Masafumi Mikami, in collaboration with Sanrio Entertainment Co., Ltd., has commenced the digital sale of the 3D digital figure “Itsudemo Purin” today, April 10, 2026 (Friday). This launch is part of Sanrio Puroland’s special event “POMPOMPURIN 30th Anniversary,” commemorating the 30th anniversary of the Sanrio character Pompompurin.
The digital version is available for purchase on the digital EC site “X-Market.” Additionally, a collection card version is scheduled to be released from May 22, 2026 (Friday) at the 3F Entrance Shop within Sanrio Puroland.
This initiative is a collaboration between Gugenka and Sanrio Entertainment, with Sony PCL Inc. providing support for the production of the 3D digital figures.

About “Itsudemo Purin”
“Itsudemo Purin” is a 3D digital figure that allows users to spend time with Pompompurin and Team Purin members—Muffin, Scone, and Bagel—anytime, anywhere, through their smartphones. Users can capture photos with Pompompurin at various favorite spots, including Sanrio Puroland’s photo locations or out in the city.
This experience is accessible via the “HoloModels” app provided by Gugenka.
This initiative utilizes “volumetric capture” technology, which creates three-dimensional data by capturing images from 360° in all directions, aiming to create a new product experience by integrating it with character expression.
About “HoloModels”
“HoloModels” is a service that enables users to enjoy “oshi-katsu” (fandom activities) with official digital figures of anime and game characters using smartphones. By leveraging the AR (Augmented Reality) function of smartphones, users can display HoloModels even when out and about, taking photos with their favorite characters as if they were present in the real world.
