GeoStore Co., Ltd., a group company of Geo Holdings Corporation, will open “Geo Digital Base Kawaguchi Motogo” in Kawaguchi City, Saitama Prefecture, on April 25, 2026 (Saturday). This marks the second store of its new retail format and its first venture into the Tokyo metropolitan area. Geo Digital Base is designed as a novel digital specialty store that integrates the sales and purchase of various digital products—such as smartphones, games, PCs, cameras, and retail home appliances—with repair services, setup consultations, and sharing (rental) options.

The first store, “Geo Digital Base Nagoya Yakiyama,” which opened on March 25, had a strong start, achieving the highest sales record for a new GeoStore opening (based on sales performance during the first five days after opening). Sales were primarily driven by used smartphones and tablets, especially iPhones, a wide selection of Nintendo Switch™ software from new releases to classics, and retro games with dedicated fan bases. The extensive product lineup, unique to a digital specialty store, has garnered significant support from local customers.
