This event commemorates the company’s 80th anniversary and serves as an expression of gratitude to its customers. This year, the forum aims to provide insights to navigate an era of rapid change, featuring a special dialogue with leading researchers and numerous lectures and technical seminars by experts in fields such as generative AI, high-speed serial, power electronics, and EMC design.

  • From Learning to Inference: Evolving Generative AI Market Technology Trends – Unmissable Insights into Key Technologies

    • Masazumi Nakamura of AMD Japan AI Innovators Hub will explain essential semiconductor technologies for AI data centers, including chiplets, 3D packaging, and CPO, as well as watt-bit collaboration to solve power issues. The session will cover not only AI learning GPUs but also the technological trends of TPUs, networks, storage, and future challenges for AI data centers.

    • Tetsuya Tada of Anritsu Corporation and Katsuhiko Suzuki & Yuta Wakimoto of Tektronix will present a comprehensive total solution for Tx measurement using Tektronix’s latest oscilloscope “714 Series DPO” and Rx measurement using Anritsu’s BERT “MP1900A,” anticipating trends in USB4 V2.0 (40Gbps/lane) and PCI Express 7.0/8.0.

This seminar will introduce these latest standard trends along with a collaborative Tx/Rx total measurement solution by Anritsu and Tektronix.
