Advanced Features for Next-Generation Wireless Communication
The new “HY0025” module integrates Nordic Semiconductor’s SoC “nRF54L15,” which supports Bluetooth® ver.6. Beyond conventional Bluetooth LE communication, it supports Coded PHY for extended long-range communication and Channel Sounding for highly accurate distance measurement between devices. These capabilities are expected to foster the creation of new applications leveraging precise position and distance information.
Robust Performance and Versatile Compatibility
Equipped with a 128 MHz Arm® Cortex®-M33 processor, 1.5 MB of NVM, and 256 KB of RAM, the “HY0025” offers flexibility for applications requiring advanced wireless functionalities and robust security features. It achieves a maximum output power of +8 dBm and a reception sensitivity of -96 dBm. With an operating temperature range of -40℃ to +105℃, it is suitable for use in harsh environments, including industrial and automotive-related equipment.
Furthermore, the “HY0025” maintains pin compatibility with the existing “HY0020” module, simplifying replacement in current designs. This allows for a seamless upgrade to next-generation Bluetooth LE functionalities while preserving existing board design assets.
In addition to Bluetooth LE, the module supports multiple protocols such as Thread®, Matter™, and Zigbee®, enabling broad deployment in the expanding IoT market and smart infrastructure sectors.
