This milestone signifies the module’s approval for mass production, offering IoT device manufacturers a validated pathway to integrate Wi-Fi HaLow on a large scale.

The FGH200M module, which incorporates Morse Micro’s second-generation MM8108 Wi-Fi HaLow SoC, represents the latest addition to Quectel’s expanding portfolio of Morse Micro silicon-based modules. This ultra-compact, fully integrated module measures 11.0mm × 10.0mm × 2.0mm and delivers robust Wi-Fi HaLow connectivity. Designed for the 850-950MHz frequency band, it supports 1, 2, 4, and 8 MHz channel bandwidths, providing developers with the flexibility to optimize range, throughput, and power consumption for next-generation IoT and edge AI applications such as visual sensing, autonomous mobile robots, and industrial IoT.
The completion of these certifications allows manufacturers to transition from evaluation to mass production without the need to re-test the module’s core radio compliance, a process that typically adds several months to product time-to-market.
