Application Flow
The purchase and application process can be completed smoothly by following these steps:

- Guidance: If the application content is complete, XPRICE will send a guidance email containing a discount coupon code.
- Purchase: Use the provided coupon code to purchase the Tokyo Zero-Emission Point eligible appliance at a discounted price.

Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for the program, all three of the following conditions must be met:
- Residency: Must be a resident of Tokyo. Proof of address in Tokyo, such as a driver’s license or other public document, is required.
- Eligible Appliance Purchase: The purchase must be for a new energy-efficient air conditioner, refrigerator, water heater, or lighting fixture, either as a replacement or a new purchase of an air conditioner or refrigerator.
- Installation in Tokyo: The purchased appliance must be installed in a residence within Tokyo.
