Understanding Semi-Solid Batteries
Conventional batteries rely on liquid electrolytes for lithium ion movement between positive and negative electrodes. The semi-solid batteries adopted in these new products gel the electrolyte, thereby reducing the risk of liquid leakage. This design significantly cuts down on the amount of flammable organic electrolyte, a known contributor to ignition incidents. By suppressing the generation and release of flammable gases during an internal short circuit, the overall safety profile of the battery is enhanced.

Introducing the “Health Monitor” Function
These new mobile batteries come equipped with a “Health Monitor” function. This feature automatically assesses the battery’s health based on the number of charge and discharge cycles, clearly indicating its status through LED color changes. This serves as a practical guide for users to determine when to consider replacement or inspection. The LED panel also provides a precise 1% increment display of remaining battery capacity, which is convenient during charging.
It is important to note that users should immediately cease use if any signs of swelling, unusual odors, or abnormal heat are observed, regardless of the Health Monitor’s LED indication.
Extended Lifespan and Broad Temperature Range
The semi-solid lithium-ion batteries achieve approximately four times the cycle life of conventional liquid electrolyte lithium-ion batteries, boasting about 2,000 charge cycles compared to the traditional 500. This extended lifespan is attributed to the enhanced chemical stability provided by the gelled electrolyte.

Furthermore, these products support a wider discharge temperature range of -15℃ to 45℃, contrasting with the typical 0℃ to 40℃ range of conventional mobile batteries. This broad operating temperature allows for reliable use in diverse environments, from extreme heat to bitter cold.

Charging Capacity Estimates
For the 10,000mAh model, it is estimated to charge a 1,800mAh smartphone approximately 3.3 times and a 3,000mAh smartphone approximately 1.9 times.
The 5,000mAh model is estimated to charge a 1,800mAh smartphone approximately 1.6 times and a 3,000mAh smartphone approximately 0.9 times.

Advanced Multi-Protection Design
The mobile batteries feature a robust circuit design with five protection functions: overcharge, overdischarge, overcurrent prevention, short-circuit protection, and temperature detection. Additionally, “Thermal Protection” continuously monitors and regulates temperature during operation, safeguarding connected devices.


Environmentally Conscious Materials
To minimize environmental impact, the product casings are made from recycled plastic, and the packaging utilizes paper sourced from sustainably managed forests.
