Application Process Overview

The trade-in discount program involves four main steps:

STEP 1: Temporary Application for Coupon Acquisition

Review the program details and proceed with a temporary application via the “Acquire Trade-in Discount Coupon” link at the bottom of the page. After receiving the temporary application, instructions for the main application will be sent to the registered email address. Users registered via LINE may need to verify their email address beforehand.

STEP 2: Receive Temporary Application Completion Email

An email titled “[Temporary Application Accepted] NovaPort SLIM DUO II Trade-in Discount [Coupon Code]” will be sent. Use the coupon code provided in this email to purchase a NovaPort SLIM DUO II from the Amazon CIO Official Store. The Amazon order number from this purchase will be required for STEP 3.

STEP 3: Complete the Main Application

Using the dedicated form mentioned in the STEP 2 email, provide the necessary information, including your preferred shipping date for the return envelope and the Amazon order number for your NovaPort SLIM DUO II purchase. The return envelope for sending back your first-generation NovaPort SLIM DUO will be dispatched after this application is complete.

STEP 4: Return the Collected Product

  • Upon receiving the return envelope, please send the first-generation NovaPort SLIM DUO within approximately one month.

  • Commercial use of this service is strictly prohibited.

  • This service does not facilitate product exchanges. For initial defects or malfunctions within the warranty period, product exchanges can be arranged via the designated support channel.
