This partnership was initiated due to RecoRu’s recognition of the PiT-23’s product advantages and the utility of its integration for attendance system operations. RecoRu is a cloud attendance management system known for its affordable monthly fee of 100 yen per user. It has also received accolades such as being selected for “ITreview Best Software in Japan” and earning the “Good Product badge” from IT Trend, reflecting strong third-party evaluations.
About the Cloud Attendance Management System “RecoRu”
RecoRu is a cloud attendance management system where all functions are available for a monthly fee of 100 yen per user. Its simple design allows users to start without initial setup and configure settings progressively, facilitating smooth adoption for first-time system implementers and contributing to the efficiency and cost reduction of daily attendance management tasks.
Additionally, features such as paid leave management, various application functions, and attendance analysis for overtime management compliant with Article 36 of the Labor Standards Act are available without extra charges. Furthermore, a payroll calculation option was released in February 2025, enabling comprehensive management from attendance to payroll calculation, web payslips, and year-end adjustments within a single system.
The service fees are 100 yen per user per month for attendance management only, and 300 yen per user per month for the plan including payroll calculation features.
