New LAVIE for Business: Supporting Evolving Work Styles

The new LAVIE business lineup features seven models, ranging from mobile and A4 notebooks to tablets. These products are designed to meet various usage environments, offering long battery life, lightweight designs, high durability, and self-maintenance features such as user-replaceable batteries and SSDs. The combination of AI software and long-term support aims to bolster PC operations for enterprises.

LAVIE BM94C

The LAVIE BM94C is a premium mobile PC compliant with Copilot+ PC standards, featuring a lightweight body of approximately 999g in its lightest configuration and an extended battery life of approximately 30.5 hours for video playback and 50.8 hours in idle mode. It is equipped with an Intel® Core™ Ultra Series 3 processor, a 14-inch 16:10 display, and rich interfaces including Thunderbolt™ 4 compatible USB Type-C and wired LAN. AI battery management supports long operating hours and extends battery life. Its Japanese-friendly keyboard makes it suitable for mobile work, including multiple client visits and long online meetings.

Domestic Quality and Support System

To ensure reliability and safety, all aspects of design, components, manufacturing, and quality assurance are consistently supported by NEC Personal Computers’ Yonezawa Plant. In the event of trouble, support is provided by the Gunma Plant, along with prompt response from NEC Fielding’s nationwide support centers.

Furthermore, the support system has been significantly expanded to ensure long-term and confident use of PCs. Through BTO menus, the warranty period for pick-up repairs can be extended for up to seven years, offering robust coverage that aligns with business lifecycle needs.
