The “Human × Car × Home” smart ecosystem is a user-centric intelligent ecosystem that connects personal devices, smart cars, and smart home products. Beyond simple device connection, AI and Xiaomi HyperOS enable devices and services to collaborate across products and scenarios, delivering more intuitive, seamless, and intelligent experiences that cater to various daily needs.

After three years of continuous development, the “Human × Car × Home” smart ecosystem has established a robust foundation for large-scale deployment. Xiaomi’s smartphone shipments have consistently ranked in the top three globally for 24 consecutive quarters. Tablet shipments rank fourth globally, marking nine consecutive quarters in the top five. Wearable band (including smart bands and smartwatches) shipments also rank second worldwide.¹

Xiaomi Auto has delivered over 700,000 units in mainland China within just two years of market entry, with the Xiaomi YU7 securing over 240,000 confirmed orders on its launch day.² Concurrently, Xiaomi has built a world-leading consumer AIoT platform, with over 1.1 billion connected devices (excluding smartphones, tablets, and laptops) utilized by over 175 million users and households globally.¹ These accumulated achievements in products, technology, and ecosystems form a strong foundation for realizing the “Human × Car × Home” smart ecosystem, transforming it from a vision into everyday reality.

Xiaomi’s IFA exhibition is structured into three main areas: “AI Tomorrow,” “AI Today,” and “Human × Car × Home Product Portfolio.” This design allows visitors to experience Xiaomi’s offerings progressively, from future-oriented concepts to currently available intelligent experiences and the company’s extensive product portfolio.

    • AI Tomorrow: This section presents a vision for intelligent mobility through the “Xiaomi Vision Gran Turismo,” showcasing new possibilities arising from the intersection of automotive design, performance technology, and digital experiences.

    • AI Today: This area extends these technologies into actual living spaces. Featuring the “Xiaomi SU7 Max” alongside smart home environments like kitchens, living rooms, bedrooms, and studies, it demonstrates how AI integrates personal devices, cars, and smart home products to align with daily needs.

    • Human × Car × Home Product Portfolio: This area displays over 380 products across seven categories: cooking and food storage, home cleaning, air management, audio-visual entertainment, safety and security, personal devices, and smart mobility. It highlights the breadth of Xiaomi’s ecosystem and how shared technology, system-level connectivity, and a unified design language create a more cohesive experience across different devices and categories.

AI for the Real World

With the evolution of AI, intelligent experiences are moving beyond simple device connections to a new stage where they understand user needs and proactively provide services. Xiaomi believes the next step for AI extends beyond merely answering questions on a screen. More importantly, AI will gain a deeper understanding of real-world situations, and with user permission and control, it will coordinate multiple devices to assist in performing various real-world tasks.

Technological Foundation for Intelligent Experiences

Behind Xiaomi’s cross-device and cross-scene experiences lies a technological foundation built through long-term investments in AI, OS, chips, and smart manufacturing. Xiaomi HyperOS, combined with these technological strengths, further deepens the integration of hardware and software across smartphones, cars, smart home devices, and new form factors, supporting a more consistent and intelligent experience throughout Xiaomi’s ecosystem.

In the AI field, Xiaomi continues to evolve its self-developed large model capabilities. Recent initiatives like MiMo-V2.5-Pro, Xiaomi Miloco, and Xiaomi Miclaw further enhance AI’s understanding, reasoning, and execution abilities, exploring the potential to transform AI from a question-answering entity into one that assists with more complex real-world tasks.

Smart manufacturing enables Xiaomi to translate technological innovations into large-scale product deployment. Xiaomi has established smart manufacturing capabilities across three major product categories in mainland China: smartphones, cars, and home appliances. The Xiaomi Smart Factory boasts an annual production capacity of approximately 10 million flagship smartphones, while the Xiaomi Smart Factory | Wuhan integrates R&D, production, and validation, featuring 46 research and experimental laboratories. At peak production speed, it can produce one air conditioner every 6.5 seconds.

Furthermore, Xiaomi is advancing the introduction of humanoid robots into its manufacturing processes. At the Xiaomi Auto Factory, humanoid robots are utilized for tasks such as tightening nuts, increasing the success rate of these operations from approximately 90% to 98% in just four months.

Xiaomi Auto will present the mobility domain of the “Human × Car × Home” smart ecosystem at the venue, showcasing three vehicles that illustrate its journey from future-oriented concepts to current intelligent driving experiences.

Central to the automotive display is the innovative electric hypercar concept model, “Xiaomi Vision Gran Turismo,” developed by Xiaomi for the legendary racing game series “Gran Turismo.” Xiaomi is the first technology company to participate in the “Vision Gran Turismo” program.

Conceived as a virtual concept car, the Xiaomi Vision Gran Turismo redefines the future of automotive design, aerodynamic performance, and intelligent interaction, exploring possibilities unconstrained by real-world limitations. Its “Shaped by the Wind” exterior design, based on airflow, combines a teardrop-shaped cockpit with an “Active Wake Control System.” The cabin, conceptualized as “Racing on a Sofa,” and the ring-shaped AI assistant “Xiaomi Pulse” offer a glimpse into a future where design, performance technology, and intelligent interaction converge.

It connects seamlessly with users’ personal devices and smart homes, functioning as an integral part of the “Human × Car × Home” smart ecosystem.

The Xiaomi SU7 Ultra is Xiaomi Auto’s high-performance flagship model. It further advances Xiaomi’s engineering capabilities, demonstrated on the Nürburgring Nordschleife, where the production model Xiaomi SU7 Ultra set an official record in the “Electric Executive Car” category (as of April 2025). Since delivering its first vehicle in March 2024, Xiaomi Auto has delivered over 700,000 units in mainland China, bringing the mobility domain of the ecosystem to fruition ahead of its planned entry into European markets, including Germany, in 2027.

Mijia Expands Across Europe with a Wider Range of Smart Home Products

At IFA 2026, Xiaomi announced the large-scale expansion of its smart home brand “Mijia” across Europe. With “The Art of Smart Living” as its brand positioning, Mijia integrates human-centric intelligence, proven quality, and refined design to deliver more natural, intuitive, and reliable smart home experiences in daily life. This expansion will provide European users with a wider range of Mijia products and experiences, further strengthening the “Home” domain of Xiaomi’s “Human × Car × Home” smart ecosystem in the region.

Mijia’s approach extends beyond simply adding connectivity to individual home appliances. Xiaomi believes that smart homes are evolving from a stage of “connected devices” to one where various devices throughout the home collaborate more extensively and respond more naturally to differences in users, environments, and usage scenarios. Through the “Xiaomi Home” app, compatible Mijia products can be centrally managed on a single platform, and multiple products can be linked for various home scenarios. Currently, Mijia offers over 2,000 products across more than 130 product categories, all connected through a common ecosystem.
