Xiaomi Launches Two Smart Circulator Models to Enhance Summer Comfort: Standing and Desktop Versions Available May 26

Xiaomi Japan has announced the release of two new smart circulator models, the “Xiaomi Smart Standing Air Circulation Fan” and the “Xiaomi Smart Desktop Air Circulation Fan,” available in Japan from May 26 (Tuesday). These new products are designed to address the increasing demand for circulators as auxiliary appliances to efficiently circulate cool air throughout rooms, especially with the recent trend of prolonged hot summers.

Both smart circulators are equipped with DC inverter motors, ensuring smooth and stable operation. As smart home appliances, they can be controlled via the Xiaomi Home app on smartphones, allowing users to switch modes, adjust fan speed, and set schedules. The Direct Breeze Mode offers 100 levels of fan speed, enabling precise customization to suit individual preferences.

Powerful Airflow for Room-Wide Circulation

This model delivers a powerful airflow of 1440m³/h, effectively circulating indoor air. It can project air up to 13 meters, covering large spaces, and features automatic oscillation of 100° vertically and 120° horizontally. This capability allows it to refresh the air in an entire room in just two minutes, based on a theoretical value for a 17m² room with a 2.8m ceiling and a product air circulation volume of 25m³.

Quiet Operation for Undisturbed Sleep

The stepless inverter technology ensures a gentle and comfortable breeze for extended use. In Direct Breeze Mode at fan speed level 1, the operating noise is as low as 27.9dB(A) without oscillation, supporting peaceful sleep in a quiet environment.

Smart Temperature Control Integration

Through integration with the Xiaomi Smart Thermometer and Hygrometer series, smart operation is possible. For instance, the fan can automatically turn on or off if the room temperature exceeds 27°C or falls below 18°C, respectively, when used with Xiaomi Home app compatible products.

Energy-Saving Design

Utilizing a DC inverter motor, the fan provides stable airflow with an energy-saving design. At fan speed level 1 in Direct Breeze Mode without oscillation, power consumption is a mere 1.78W, making it an environmentally and economically friendly choice.

Compact and Versatile for Any Space

With adjustable height, the circulator can be placed on the floor or a tabletop, providing comfortable airflow wherever needed.

Designed for space-saving, this model occupies approximately half the area of an A4 sheet. It features a rear handle for easy portability and a versatile Type-C port, allowing it to be powered by a mobile battery (18W or higher output, QC or PD compatible with 9V or 12V output voltage) for use in various locations, including camping. The included power adapter also has a Type-C terminal.
