Xiaomi Store Expands to Tokai Region with New Nagoya Location

Xiaomi Japan will open its 10th domestic retail outlet, the “Xiaomi Store Aeon Mall Nagoya Noritake Garden,” on Saturday, July 18, 2026. This new store will be the first Xiaomi Store in the Tokai area, establishing a comprehensive retail presence across Japan’s three major commercial zones: Kanto, Kansai, and Tokai.

Xiaomi Stores, with approximately 16,600 locations worldwide, provide a physical space for customers to experience, touch, and purchase Xiaomi products that were previously primarily available online. Since the opening of the first Japanese store, Xiaomi Store Aeon Mall Urawa Misono, on March 22, 2025, five stores have been established in the Kanto region. Following this, four stores were launched in the Kansai area starting in March 2026.

The Xiaomi Store Aeon Mall Nagoya Noritake Garden is conveniently located within walking distance of Nagoya Station. The store aims to offer visitors a chance to explore the Xiaomi brand’s world and product appeal, showcasing and selling over 300 products, including smartphones, tablets, and various smart home appliances.

Grand Opening Events and Special Guest Appearance

On the grand opening day, July 18, a tape-cutting ceremony will be held. Additionally, a free lottery will take place, offering Xiaomi products and other prizes while supplies last. Mobile phone researcher and journalist Mr. Yasuhiro Yamane will join as a special guest one-day store manager. He will be available to provide advice on product selection and usage, particularly for smartphones.

Mr. Yasuhiro Yamane, based in Hong Kong, is known for his extensive knowledge of global smartphone trends and has covered Xiaomi’s activities since the launch of its first smartphone.
