ZTE Japan Corporation has announced the launch of the “nubia Neo 5 GT” gaming smartphone in the Japanese market. This new model from the nubia brand is designed to offer a competitive gaming experience at an accessible price point, featuring advanced cooling and intuitive controls.

Key Features for Enhanced Gaming

The nubia Neo 5 GT integrates several features to optimize gameplay. It boasts a powerful cooling system with a 23,000 RPM high-speed turbo fan and a large 4,475mm² liquid cooling VC plate, designed to efficiently dissipate heat and maintain stable performance during extended gaming sessions. This helps prevent FPS drops and stuttering, ensuring a smooth experience.

For superior control, the device is equipped with side-mounted shoulder triggers, allowing for quick reactions in action games and FPS titles. The 1.5K 144Hz AMOLED display provides clear visuals and enhanced immersion, complemented by an ultra-fast touch sampling rate for responsive, lag-free operation. The Magic Touch 3.0 technology achieves an instant touch sampling rate of up to 2,000Hz and an average of 240Hz.

Under the hood, the nubia Neo 5 GT is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7400 (4nm) chip and supports up to 20GB equivalent memory expansion, utilizing internal storage as virtual memory, alongside 256GB of storage. This configuration aims to deliver processing power comparable to high-end devices within the mid-range segment.

AI-Powered Gaming Partner and Long-Lasting Battery

Gaming on the nubia Neo 5 GT is further supported by AI functionalities. The “Demi 2.0” AI tactical assist provides real-time strategic advice, while “Game Space” automatically optimizes notifications, performance, and control settings. An AI chatbot is available for instant answers to in-game questions, and “Demi Auto-Chat” can read notifications and send automatic replies, allowing players to stay focused on the game.

The smartphone is equipped with a large 6,210mAh battery, designed to support a full day of gaming. It also features 55W fast charging, allowing for quick recharges when used with a dedicated nubia charger.
