GIGABYTE AORUS C601 GLASS Flagship PC Case Released
Newx Corporation, a distributor for GIGABYTE, announced the release of the AORUS C601 GLASS PC case. This flagship model is designed to support rear-connector motherboards, including the GIGABYTE STEALTH series, and will be available for purchase on Amazon starting April 3, 2026.
Key Features
Design and Aesthetics
The AORUS C601 GLASS is a tower-style case compatible with E-ATX motherboards. It features premium aluminum accents that enhance its gaming aesthetic while providing a lightweight yet durable structure. Both side panels are constructed from 4mm thick smoked tempered glass, designed to subtly illuminate RGB lighting. The glass panels are not drilled, minimizing the risk of damage and ensuring longevity. They open via a swing-door mechanism, facilitating easy internal upgrades and maintenance.
Ease of Maintenance
The front and top panels feature a tool-less design, allowing for easy, one-handed removal. This design simplifies quick installations and routine maintenance. Magnetic decorative parts can be easily attached, offering customizable styling and a personalized exterior. Removable filters are strategically placed at the front, top, and bottom to prevent dust intrusion and maintain optimal cooling performance, making daily cleaning quick and straightforward.
Motherboard and GPU Compatibility
This PC case supports rear-connector motherboards, including GIGABYTE’s STEALTH series and other manufacturers’ models. This design simplifies cable management, keeps cables away from component areas, improves airflow, and creates a clean internal layout that highlights the hardware. The case supports both horizontal and vertical graphics card installations, with an included bracket accommodating graphics cards up to 107mm thick (5 slots). A riser cable is sold separately.
Connectivity and Control Hub
The AORUS C601 GLASS offers diverse connectivity options, including one USB 3.1 Gen2 Type-C port, four USB 3.0 ports, LED controls, audio jacks, and reset and power switches. It also integrates a hub controller with six 5V 3-pin ARGB headers and six PWM fan headers, allowing for organized management of lighting and cooling expansions.
Cooling and Storage Expansion
For cooling, the case supports expansion cards up to 420mm in length, CPU coolers up to 190mm in height, and radiators up to 420mm class at the front and top. It can accommodate up to seven fans, with one 140mm ARGB fan pre-installed at the rear and three 140mm ARGB fans at the front. Storage options include three 2.5-inch drive bays and three 2.5/3.5-inch drive bays.
