In recent years, there has been a global resurgence of retro gaming. The nostalgia of pixel art and simple gameplay is being re-evaluated and gaining support across a wide range of generations. However, precise input can be challenging with smartphone touch controls, leading to a clear demand for “physical button operation.”
Responding to this demand, BitPAD was developed as a device that combines the operability of physical buttons with the portability of smartphones.
