After winning “Best of CES” at CES 2025, one of the world’s largest technology exhibitions, the VisionMaster Max began its pre-sale in Japan via Makuake in December of the same year. It achieved a total crowdfunding amount of 320 million yen from 698 supporters. Following this success, the product is now officially available at AVAC stores nationwide.

Comprehensive After-Sales Service for Peace of Mind

The VisionMaster Max comes with a robust support system post-purchase. As a laser projector, it includes a two-year product warranty from the date of purchase, covering repairs or replacements for material and quality defects under normal use. Additionally, a 30-day full refund policy is available for any reason (30-day return guarantee), allowing users to confidently purchase a premium projector for the first time.

  • Product Warranty Period: 2 years from the date of purchase (for laser projectors)

  • 30-Day Return Guarantee: Refund requests are accepted for products without dirt or damage, provided they are reported to the support center within 30 days of delivery to the designated shipping address. For returns/exchanges due to product quality or defects, shipping costs are borne by the seller. For returns due to customer convenience (e.g., difference in image, no longer needed), shipping costs are borne by the customer. In all cases, the full product price will be refunded. If the product is not returned within 30 days of the customer’s return request, the request becomes invalid.

  • 30-Day Exchange Guarantee: For manufacturing defects, a new product will be exchanged. Round-trip shipping costs are borne by the seller.

  • Post-Repair/Exchange Warranty: Applies for 90 days from the date of repair/exchange, or the longer of the original warranty period.
