About “Monster Hunter Stories 3: The Fated Twin Dragons”
The game’s story unfolds in two nations, Azural and Burion, which are on the brink of collapse. Amidst this crisis, a Rathalos, thought to be extinct, hatches from an excavated egg. However, this glimmer of hope quickly turns to despair as the birth of twin Rathalos, identical to the “Azure-scaled Twin Dragons” that were symbols of ill omen in a 200-year-old civil war, signals a resurgence of conflict. As environmental degradation progresses and monsters face extinction, the shadow of misfortune once again looms over both nations. The truth that a Rider, bound by fate to the Rathalos, will grasp amidst this torrent of destiny remains to be seen.
The “Monster Hunter Stories” series is an RPG based on the “Monster Hunter” universe. Players become “Riders” who form bonds with, raise, and coexist with monsters, embarking on adventures with their companions in the world of Monster Hunter.
