Weighing approximately 16.8g, the AI Mind Clip features a clip-on design, allowing users to wear it like an accessory and record important information instantly. Recording is activated by simply operating a slide switch on the device. With up to 20 hours of continuous recording and 64GB of internal storage, it can continuously record throughout the day for both work and personal use. Automatic Transcription, Summarization, and To-Do Extraction

After recording, simply charge the device, and the recorded data is automatically transferred, allowing AI to perform transcription and summarization. The AI automatically selects appropriate templates for summarization based on the content, such as lessons, lectures, discussions, or business negotiations. Users can also manually change templates and select AI models like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini for summarization.

For multi-person conversations, the AI differentiates speakers, making it easier to identify who said what. For immediate review, recordings can also be manually transferred via the app.

Transforming Conversations into To-Dos

The AI identifies necessary actions and deadlines from conversations, organizing them into To-Dos. Tasks such as “review the estimate by Friday” or “buy milk and tissues on the way home” are categorized under “Work,” “Life,” or “Events.” This allows users to review all conversation-generated tasks in one place. These To-Dos can be added to Apple Calendar, Apple Reminders, or Google Calendar with a single tap for seamless task management.

Reflecting on Daily and Weekly Activities

The “Daily Review” feature allows users to quickly check important matters, promises, and items to be confirmed from their daily recordings and notes. Furthermore, the “Weekly Summary” analyzes conversations across different days, grouping related themes to provide an overview of progress and pending To-Dos. This feature helps users review scattered information in a structured manner, rather than reviewing each recording individually.

Ask AI for Information Retrieval

If users need to find specific information, they don’t have to open each recording file. The “Ask AI” feature allows natural language questions based on previously recorded conversations, such as “What tasks need to be completed by next week?” or “What was that video project idea I had earlier?” Beyond retrieving past information, Ask AI can also offer suggestions for next steps based on the context of the conversations.

PC Browser Access for Review and Editing

Content recorded with the AI Mind Clip can be viewed and edited not only via the smartphone app but also through a PC browser. This functionality supports tasks such as reviewing meeting minutes, editing long transcriptions, organizing To-Dos, and exporting data, catering to scenarios where PC-based work is preferred.

Leveraging Recorded Conversations for AI Agents

Recorded information accumulated in the AI Mind Clip can be linked to AI agents like Codex via the SwitchBot OpenAPI CLI. By providing meeting decisions or customer requests as context, users can streamline subsequent tasks such as drafting emails, preparing documents, or organizing tasks. This allows AI agents to leverage the conversational context stored in the AI Mind Clip, eliminating the need to repeatedly explain past details or background information.

Privacy and Security Measures

Recognizing that the device is worn daily, SwitchBot prioritizes user control over recording. Recording start and stop are managed via a physical slide switch on the device, allowing users to record only when necessary. Recorded content is encrypted from the device to the cloud, and further encrypted when stored on AWS cloud servers. After upload, recording data is automatically deleted from the device, and data cannot be directly extracted via the Type-C port. The device also holds international security and privacy certifications including EN 18031, ISO 27001, and ISO 27701.
