Product Features
These products are engineered using professional printed circuit board (PCB) design and manufacturing techniques. Designs are created using PCB CAD software, with each line meticulously drawn. Real electronic components are then mounted (soldered) onto genuine PCBs. After component mounting, each piece is individually coated by hand in a Class 1000 cleanroom to protect the components, followed by vacuum heating to ensure a flawless finish. Any air bubbles or dust on the resin surface are removed manually. All products are designed and manufactured in Japan and are RoHS compliant (lead-free). They are packaged in gift boxes, making them suitable for presents. The circuit boards are gold-plated, and the cases include a strap hole.

How “FLASH iPhone Cases” Illuminate
The LEDs in the “FLASH iPhone Cases” light up by converting radio waves emitted by the iPhone itself into electrical power, which is then boosted. They do not illuminate constantly but light up randomly when the iPhone emits strong radio waves. This mechanism involves an antenna circuit on the back of the circuit board, which captures strong radio waves from the iPhone. These waves are then routed to the front surface, where an amplification circuit gradually increases the voltage and current to illuminate a single LED. This radio wave-powered LED illumination circuit was patented in 2020 (Patent No. 6667777).
Important Considerations for iPhone Cases
It is important to note that the Evangelion design iPhone cases are not compatible with MagSafe or wireless charging due to interference from the circuit board’s wiring patterns. For the iPhone 17 series, two models are available: 17 Pro and 17 Pro Max. Due to insufficient circuit board area for the antenna circuit in these models, additional antenna wires have been integrated into the inside of the case for reinforcement. Users are advised not to touch these antenna wires and tape. Additionally, due to rising costs of raw materials, including gold and silver, and increased labor expenses, the iPhone 17 series cases have seen a price adjustment.
FLASH EVA01 Circuit Board Art iPhone Case

Circuit Board Art IC Card Cases
These “FLASH IC Card Cases” offer a fun and convenient way to commute or travel, as LEDs illuminate without batteries when touching ticket gates or making IC card payments. These cases can also be used for ID cards (if they are the same card size). The IC card cases are made entirely from 100% circuit board material, constructed by pressing and adhering three types of PCBs (front, middle, back). The PCBs are made of FR-4 (glass fiber cloth + epoxy), a lightweight and strong material used in automotive and industrial equipment. A keychain is included beneath the IC card case in the gift box.
-
Note 1: The position and circuitry of the chip inside IC cards may vary. If the response is poor, try flipping the IC card or rotating it. Whether it lights up at overseas ticket gates is unconfirmed, but it has been confirmed to light up in Hong Kong, which uses the FeliCa system.
-
Note 2: The light intensity may be lower compared to ticket gates when used elsewhere.
