Background: Usage Data and the Need for Navigation Improvement
Since its launch on June 13, 2025, “Stasta Apps Assistant” has been utilized by 1,827 users, with a cumulative total of 4,102 messages exchanged and an equal number of AI responses. It has served as a daily point of contact for users seeking answers to study-related questions and app usage inquiries.
However, recognizing that user queries are diverse and that first-time users may struggle with “what to ask” or “how to get to an answer fastest,” the UI and FAQ navigation were prioritized for this renewal.
Renewal Content ①: UI Improvement
The chatbot’s display and navigation have been refined to create a more user-friendly UI, suitable even during study sessions.

Renewal Content ②: Expanded “Frequently Asked Questions” for Direct Answers
In addition to text input, frequently asked questions are now presented as selectable options, enabling users to quickly reach the information they seek.
Examples of selectable questions include:
-
What functions does it have?
-
There’s a bug.
-
I want to talk to a developer.
-
I have a feature request.
-
I absolutely want to pass next time.
-
Tell me the exam schedule.
-
What is the accuracy of the pass/fail judgment?
If a bug is reported, guidance will primarily be provided within the chat, with official LINE or other channels suggested if necessary.
For requests to speak with a developer, official LINE or the developer’s X (formerly Twitter) accounts will be suggested.

Renewal Content ③: Continuous Internal Prompt Updates for New Features and Changes
Stasta Apps consistently updates its learning support features, including the answer quick check sheet (self-scoring), automatic past exam scoring, AI writing assessment, and WPM measurement test. Correspondingly, “Stasta Apps Assistant” undergoes continuous internal prompt updates to adapt to new features and changes, ensuring it remains capable of answering questions about the latest functionalities.
