Background
The background to this program is the increasing difficulty in repairing older pellet stoves due to the discontinuation of parts supply and age-related deterioration after more than a decade of use. The essence of a pellet stove lies in its familiar comfort and warmth. To ensure that users can continue to enjoy their stove-centric lifestyle for another ten years without significantly altering their daily routine or usability, this support program has been developed.
Additionally, by offering free collection and proper disposal of older, heavy models that are challenging to discard as general waste, the program aims to alleviate the burden on both users and retailers.
