YAMADA Original Dust Station Cordless Cleaner Launched
YAMADA HOLDINGS Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Takasaki City, Gunma Prefecture; Representative Director, Chairman & CEO: Noboru Yamada) announced the launch of the “Dust Station Cordless Cleaner” on August 10, 2026 (Monday). This new product from “yselect,” a sub-brand of the original “YAMADA products,” will be available at Yamada Denki, Best Denki, and Matsuya Denki stores nationwide (excluding some locations), as well as on the Yamada Webcom (EC site).
This new cordless cleaner is designed for effortless cleaning, weighing only approximately 1.2 kg and featuring fully automatic dust disposal.
Lightweight Design with Power Head
The cleaner is equipped with a “power head” that uses a motor-driven brush to efficiently sweep up dirt. Despite this, the stick cleaner weighs only about 1.2 kg, a lightweight design. This allows for easy one-handed operation, supporting daily cleaning tasks with ease.
Extended Continuous Operation
Featuring a high-efficiency “BLDC motor” known for its energy saving performance and durability, the cleaner can operate for up to approximately 60 minutes in standard mode while maintaining consistent suction power. This allows for thorough cleaning of various areas, from living rooms to bedrooms and stairs, without concerns about battery life.
Automatic Suction Adjustment with Dust Sensor
A built-in dust sensor detects the amount of dirt, enabling automatic adjustment of suction power in “Auto Mode.” This eliminates the need for manual switching, ensuring efficient cleaning.
Patented Automatic Dust Collection System
The cleaner incorporates a “dust automatic suction system” backed by three technologies for which patent and utility model applications are pending in Japan as of 2026. These include a “mechanical opening/closing structure” (utility model application pending) to prevent issues like iron sand adhesion in the dust cup, a “dual exhaust structure” (patent application pending) to enhance suction power during dust collection at the dust station, and a structure designed to suppress collection noise (utility model application pending). These technologies ensure stable, high performance while reducing the operating sound during automatic dust collection.
Quiet Dust Station
The dust station is engineered to minimize operating noise during automatic dust collection from the stick cleaner, achieving approximately 65 dB (measured according to JIS C 9108). This design allows for smart daily dust collection without concern for the time of day.
