Tailored Solutions for the Japanese Market

At the Tokyo pop-up event, a variety of smart appliances are on display, including refrigerators, washer-dryers, air conditioners, and even exoskeleton robots. In addition to its global lineup, Haier has also showcased products specifically developed for the Japanese living environment. Leveraging one of Japan’s largest research and development facilities, Haier Group has developed products that address specific market needs. These include:

  • Low-design washing machines suitable for women and the elderly.

  • Ultrasonic washing technology designed to effectively clean dirt from collars and cuffs.

  • Slim refrigerators that can be placed flush against a wall while still allowing the door to open freely.

Haier Group plans to further deepen its home appliance business in Japan and strengthen its after-sales service capabilities to drive business expansion.
