Unveiling at “CPS EXPO 2026”
These products garnered considerable attention when they were first publicly displayed at “CPS EXPO 2026,” held by CPS on May 21, 2026, at UDX Akihabara. The event introduced these products as a new category targeting the AI PC and workstation market, drawing significant interest from retailers, system integrators, and corporate users. Following the positive reception at the exhibition, the products are now being formally released.

Product Lineup
The new series includes a variety of air and liquid cooling solutions:
-
TR620M X: A compact dual-tower air CPU cooler designed for compact workstations. It features a low profile of 115mm, six 6mm diameter heat pipes, and a 100mm mid-ship mounted fan that operates at up to 5,000 RPM. A large copper base plate ensures efficient heat dissipation in confined spaces, making it suitable for 4U rackmount servers.
-
TS700D: A single-tower air CPU cooler for high-end workstations. Standing 158mm tall, it incorporates seven 6mm diameter heat pipes and a 120mm dual-fan configuration, with fans rotating up to 3000 RPM. It also uses a large copper base plate, and its rear fan features reverse blades for optimized airflow.
-
LR360S: A 360mm radiator all-in-one liquid CPU cooler. This model is compatible with a broad range of cases, from mid-tower to full-tower. It features a 38mm thick high-density radiator, a large copper base plate, a full ceramic bearing pump, and Japanese dual ball bearing fans, providing stable cooling for prolonged AI workloads.
-
LR480S: A 480mm radiator all-in-one liquid CPU cooler, representing the highest performance in the series. It combines four 120mm high-speed fans with a 38mm thick radiator, catering to environments demanding extreme cooling performance, such as AI workstations and high-performance servers.
Common Specifications
Both Intel and AMD compatible models are available for the entire series.
-
Intel Socket Support: LGA3647 (Narrow), LGA4677
-
AMD Socket Support: sTRX4, sWRX8, TR4, TR5, SP3, SP5, SP6
The series also emphasizes durability and reliability, featuring Japanese dual ball bearing fans (for both air and liquid coolers), large copper base plates, and pre-applied high-performance thermal paste.

About CPS
Since its establishment in Shenzhen, China, in 2005, CPS (超頻三, “Overclock Three”) has embraced the spirit of “overclocking” – a culture dedicated to pushing performance limits in computer hardware. The “3” in CPS’s brand DNA signifies this challenging spirit to “exceed ratings.” For CPS, “3” is not merely a name but a technological philosophy symbolizing integration, evolution, and expansion.
